		<description>Yes, I have seen free directory submissions work well. As you say, you can target different keywords in the submissions and sure enough you will crawl up the rankings for those keywords. 

I have tried a few different lists and the best one I've found is the Vmoptions one that you mention. That's excellent because it is continually updated and each listing shows the page rank. 

Don't know how long free directory submissions will continue to help with SEO, but it's certainly still working!</description>
